The initiative is evaluating whether seaplanes can improve selected coastal and island connections where demand, infrastructure and regulation support a viable service.
Primary Vision
To develop a phased, partner-led network connecting selected destinations only after demand, operating economics, infrastructure and approvals are independently validated.
Path Forward
The next step is to validate a suitable Phase 1 platform, local ownership structure, financing, permits, infrastructure needs and operating plan before any investment decision.
